ThreeJack was founded by Doug Fries to connect golf with giving. This page explains how we handle information you share when you sign up, nominate a club or contact us.

What you share

We collect your name, email address, signup category and permission to contact you. Club signups and nominations also require the club’s name and city and state. A club and location are optional for individual golfers. Optional notes help us follow up. We also record whether a submission is new, contacted, awaiting a reply or closed, and when that status was updated. The contact form requires a message. Please leave out sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use a signup to contact you about participation, a nomination to review your club recommendation, and a contact message to answer your question. Your confirmation appears on the website after you submit a form. We do not send an automatic confirmation email.

Submissions are private. We do not display them publicly, sell them or add them to unrelated marketing lists. Signing up does not make a donation or authorize a payment.

Storage and service providers

Hosted website and database services process and store submissions. The site itself installs no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process the technical information needed to operate the service.

A submission remains in the active database until it is removed through its private management link or by the organizer. Hosting backups and security logs may follow the service provider’s separate retention practices.

Removing your information

After submitting a form, save the private management link shown in the confirmation. Each submission has its own link. Anyone with that link can delete that submission from the active database, so keep it private.

If you no longer have the link, send a privacy request through our contact form using the email address on your original submission. We may need to verify your request before removing information.
